You won't need a 3700x, there won't be any benefit from it for just gaming.

 

I'd go with something closer to this:

If you're using this for gaming you can support almost anything with a r5 3600 or 3600x. Other than that it looks fine, but are you sure you don't want to hold out for just a couple months for the new GPU drops? It will expand your options. But if you're hellbent on getting it now, it's a nice rig.

No not yet, should i go with a 1440p 144hz?

This is my first build sorry, do i need to add anything else to it like extra fans? 

If i got everthing on your list, that'll be fine?

Yes you can get everything on there and you'd be good to go.

 

You can add extra system fans if needed, and you could also get a 3rd party cpu cooler. But if you're not overclocking don't worry about it.
