Lenovo Y520 GTX 1050ti only?

Lenovo makes it so you have to use an automatic GPU switcher depending on what the load is per application.

Is there any kind of way to ONLY use my gtx 1050ti without the MoBo freaking out on me? I've heard lenovo is really shitty with this stuff, and directx kinda just stops working with all GPU's and I think this might solve the issue.

I could always use control panel to use the GPU by default, but I'm looking to DISABLE the intel GPU entirely. I just don't know how i'd go about that.
