My PC I owned since November, I have cleaned it a few times, But its get dirty fast. Compared to my old custom build PC. But the main issue is that its a cheap pre-built PC, Only $350. Its was a clearance display model at Wal-Mart but the specs I couldn't beat for the price. 600w Thermaltake PSU, i7-8700 CPU, GTX 1060 GPU, 16Gb DDR4 RAM, Also a SSD + HDD included. Some offbrand motherboard included. Which I should probably swap out in the near future.

But the main issue is that the fan died on it. Now its has another fan (Raidmax), Which RGB or lights is controlled by a remote. If I order another Raidmax fan, How can I get it to be controlled by the remote or via my Razer Software? Most Raidmax fans I see on their site is able to be controller via Razer Synapse. Looks like above where the fan that died, I have room to put another one, Should I or Could I?

What cables come out of the fan? There should be some sort of RGB cable (usually 3 or 4 pin) along with the usual fan header.

That's a ASRock board you got there. It's not offbrand, actually one of the "big 5" board manufacturers.

I shouldn't have said that, but a board specifically made for this PC apparently. Since I can't find it online at all. I'll reply once I find out. Been a while since I worked on PCs. haha

Can you link to which Raidmax fans you are talking about? If you bought single pack with controller, there should be hub with few extra headers.

I didn't go with Raidmax. I haven't messed with PCs in about 12 years and its, turns out the idiots at my local Fry's told me I needed an bunch of accessories to get my fans connected, Which ended up being an lie. I was able to connect them to my motherboard. Since its a newer model.

I went with Corsair ML120 Pro LED, White, 120mm Premium Magnetic Levitation Cooling Fan. One Intake and One exhaust. Which shouldn't be a issue based on the fan in the back, I'm assuming right?

You are being bit hard to understand. Pics show OEM fan and Raidmax fan. ML is fine, and should support RGB controls with mobo too.
