Trouble with 3200MHz Ram on Asrock B450M Pro4

Hey everyone,

My buddy built his first pc, but when we went to enable the XMP profile on his 16gb of Ballistix LT Sport 3200Mhz RAM, it will not go past 2933Mhz. I have verified that the sticks are in the correct dimm slots, I've upped the voltage to 1.4, I've enabled XMP 2.0 profile 1 and set the speed to DDR4-3200 (Although there is a greyed out "DDR4-2933" next to it that i'm curious about), I've tried to put it at just 3000mhz to see if that would work. I'm out of ideas. Does anyone happen to know what the problem is? Could it be that I need a higher quality set of RAM? The model number of the kit he has is BLS2K8G4D32AESB

The specs are as follows:

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600

Mobo: Asrock B450M Pro4

RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3200 PC4-25600

GPU: RX 580

Any and all suggestions are appreciated!
