How small do you need? Cuz I consider https://www.alpenfoehn.de/produkte/cpu-kuehler/matterhorn-white-edition smaller sized compared to dual-tower coolers

I acually don't need much smaller, the problem is that it has about no reviews what so ever so I can't realy tell what it is, how loud it realy is, and how it looks like.
