Is there a noticable difference in quality or performance between the CORSAIR RM750x, 750 Watt, 80+ Gold, and the evga supernova 750p2? Or if someone could point me in the direction of some solid reviews between the two (if any exist) and if neither are solid options, please by all means point me in the right direction.

Both the RM750x and EVGA P2 are good power supplies. I don't think you would go wrong with either options.

The Tom's Hardware reviews @wkdpaul posted are good sources for information on the two units.

Some noticeable differences between the two are that the EVGA P2 is 80+ Platinum efficiency rated while the Corsair RM750x is 80+ Gold. Both PSUs have a semi-fanless mode, however the Corsair RM750x has a better fan and when the fan on the EVGA P2 does turn on it is louder than the RMx. There is also some minor difference in the cables that come with the power supplies which you can compare in the cable list on the Tom's Hardware review for both, though both PSUs should come with appropriate cables for most systems.

If 80+ Platinum is something that you want then you can also consider the HX series from Corsair, as well as other options from other brands.

How much are the two units at the store you're planning on buying from? Is there much difference in price between the two?
What hardware are you planning on using it for?

CPU: Intel i7 6700k  | Motherboard: Gigabyte Z170x Gaming 5 | RAM: 2x16GB 3000MHz Corsair Vengeance LPX | GPU: Gigabyte Aorus GTX 1080ti | PSU: Corsair RM750x (2018) | Case: BeQuiet SilentBase 800 | Cooler: Arctic Freezer 34 eSports | SSD: Samsung 970 Evo 500GB + Samsung 840 500GB + Crucial MX500 2TB | Monitor: Acer Predator XB271HU + Samsung BX2450
