Can my PC run a minecraft server?

Okay so im making a minecraft server off my pc and I woundering how many people you would recommend with the following specs :

400 megabit download speed

600 megabit upload speed

24 gigs of ddr3 ram ( 1334MHz )

intel core i7- 3820 3.6GHz

with about 10-20 plugins

10 gb map

you can host quite a few people with this config, a couple dozen probably.

Even a Raspberry pi can run a minecraft server, it will depend on what you do, how many people your hosting and the complexity of mods and world.
