think my bios is force rendering through p106, so how would i get integrated back?

Okay so have my first build all ready to go, p106 as a graphics card, getting ready to os this beast. i could see my bios just fine for a few boots. i had some issue and needed to get back into bios before i could install ubuntu on this os less pc, but now i can only get to the error in the installer. i think what happened is, the bios is forcing itself through the graphics card as when i take out a bootable medium, and or spam f2 no picture. so how can i access the bios again?

 

my system specs are

•8086k @4.0 ghz/stock

•p106 innotec3d/axle

•Z390 taichi ultimate

• Cooling : 2 pre installed case fans, Mugen 5 rev b its fan, and thermal grizzly paste.

• Case: Focus G

• 1tb Samsung 860 evo

• OS: Soon to be ubuntu with unity de

• Corsair vengence 2400 @ 2193 (Stock)

• 750 watt corsair psu gold

take the gpu out and look in your bios where to change the default display output and set it to onboard igpu

Take out the gpu and try to acces the bios via the display ports on your motherboard (so running in the intergrated graphics). If this fails, reset the BIOS entirely by taking out the cmos battery

at the time i posted here, i've been trying to access the bios with the graphics card attached to the board, and the hdmi attached to the board's hdmi. kinda strange it'd force render bios of all things tho, p106 being portless. My board has 3 Graphics card looking slots, and i have it in the one closest to the cpu cooler if that matters.

 

i'll take the gpu out and leave the hdmi in board's port. if that fails, try cmos button. if this lets me get to bios and install the os, when would i insert the graphics card back in? Sorry if this is basic stuff in theory, first graphics card, and first time dealing with uief bios. they have been vary hard. coming from celeron bios and 5 fps unstable gaming, vary new to this.

@ZzLy I hit cmos button Itll power on, flash the rgb lighting that doesn't chqnge back to default white. so i know it is not working. i have motherboard code ab so know is in bios, just no picture like before even with gpu out.
