3600 vcore doesnt drop when using offset mode. Need help.

Hi,

 

When I try to enable an offset voltage, CPUZ and hwinfo show that my voltage is a constant 1.32v at idle, even when I have offset in the bios. Ryzen Master shows the vcore drop.

 

I need some clarity on why that is happening, and if my cpu is actually down clocking how offset voltage is suppose to happen?

 

When I have all settings auto +pbo, CPUZ and hwinfo show the vcore fluctuate as it should, but not when offset mode is enabled.

Is your Windows Power Plan set to balanced or lower?  If set to Performance it keeps all the juices flowing for "snappier" feel.

Im unfamiliar with Ryzen software stuff as I use BIOS for everything.  Is this the settings on some Ryzen balanced plan?  I mean the Windows 10 Power Plan itself.  If those two softwares are communicating differently this may be part of the problem.
