Mouse/Video stuttering - crashing

Hi

I have the 5700 XT (Pulse).

In the past 2 days I've been experiencing issues. Videos will flicker and the mouse will disappear as it moves around the screen. Sometimes my entire desktop will flash. Sometimes actions will lag out too (typing, videos, etc.)

This seems to get worse after playing a game.

I used DDU to ensure I got a fresh GPU driver install.

I was getting lots of crashes during games, after doing the driver reinstall I haven't had a game crash so far, but my problems out of game are bad.

Is there any other troubleshooting I can do for it? (I removed the overclock and no improvement).

What else could it be and how can I check that?
