How many radiators for 3900x and 2080 Super?

As the title implies, I'm planning a custom loop for a new PC with a Ryzen 9 3900X and an RTX 2080 Super. My case is a Corsair Crystal Series 680X. Both the EKWB and Corsair Hydro X configurator say that I should have a 360mm and a 240... but if I'm going to have two, I'd rather do a 280mm at the top and a 280mm at the bottom of my case. Is two 280mm radiators overkill? By the way, I do plan to overclock both GPU and CPU.

Good setup. Definitely will be enough cooling capacity
