Issue with Phanteks P400A Digital RGB

So, I have few issues with the P400A RGB with my new build.

 

First and foremost, my front fans are not lighting up as I've seen in reviews and in videos. You could say the lights are extremely dimm. 

 

I tried addressing them with the in-built Led Controler (without activating Aura Sync) but they do not react, they've been looking like this since the beggining (when I've build the PC) And they go from tom top to bottom+ Blue, Blue, Red.

 

When I do not have Aura Sync turned on, I can change the Button LED color via the controller without problem but the fans still do not change and yet again remain Blue, Blue, Red. When I have AURA turned on, I can still change the Power Button LED(via the software), but the fans dont change.

 

Specs(not sure if anything except Mobo is relevant in this case but anyway)

My motherboard is Asus Tuf Gaming x570 Plus WiFi. 

Power Supply is 600W SuperFlower Bronze King 80+

RX 580 Nitro+ 8 Gb

Ryzen 7 3700x

Corsair 2x8 Vengeance 3200 Mhz

Kingston A2000 SSD 

Seagate barracuda 2TB

 

I have connected the SATA power cable + the three fans as sugguested in multiple places around the internet. 

 

There are two pins that are free, but from what I read on the internet they are for additional RGB fans (should I decide to connect any)

 

I will be attaching images to show the way I set up the fans cables, and waiting for your suggestions. Feel free to let me know if I should plug something anywhere if I've done it wrong. Could be both hardware software issue? Or my board simply needs pins/slots that it does not have. Also tell me if there is a way to fix this with some form of splitter/extender or anything? Any help with this is greatly appreciated as I've read multiple threads around the net and found no solution.
