Notebook hinges

Hey guys I'm wondering if there is any way i can get the hinges on my notebook working they are both completely ripped off of the mounting wholes. It's all plastic

Need more data.  Make and model of the notebook may help as well as more description.  I’m looking at the pics but they don’t make a lot of sense to me.

You have to replace the base enclosure of the laptop. There is should be metal nuts embeded in the plastic, they have broken off
