2933Mhz.

Sometimes motherboard will also support 3066Mhz. But a flat 3000Mhz is uncommon to see. Not that this 77Mhz differnce would make a huge difference. 


Also, with a bit of tweaking you might even be able to overclock your memory to 3200Mhz perhaps.
