Sorry about that.

I currently have what I can only assume is the stock CPU cooler and a one stick kit of 8 GB DDR4 ram from Team group (not entirely sure what model exactly).

I'm wanting to upgrade because my CPU is running a little on the hotter side and my ram is constantly maxing out whatever I do.

Everything except for the the ram and cooler are standard on the pc end as the ram and cooler are what i want to upgrade from the stock cooler and an 8 GB stick of team group ddr4 that i cant find any specifics on.

Ohh okay. You're just looking for the cpu cooler and memory.

Do you plan on overclocking?

I would consider it, I have not done anything like that before but it might be beneficial to get those sweet, sweet frames. Too bad my RGB isn't adding plus 100% FPS lol.

If that's the case- you don't need to upgrade your cpu cooler. The stock ryzen ones are fairly good and can even take a moderate oc.

If you wanted to change it out because of noise, thats reasonable

By the way, just make sure to quote when you respond so we get notified!

The reason I want to consider upgrading is because my cpu is running quite hot, 80 to 90 degrees Fahrenheit

I think you mean Celsius? Because 80 to 90 degrees Fahrenheit is quite cool.

Also, please quote the person you are responding to. Slottr gave the reason why.

You should grab some thermal paste and remount.

I'm assuming you meant Celsius?

I'll recommend a 3200mhz cl16 kit. They are cheaper. Also I wouldn't really recommend 3600mhz cl18 ram that you r planning to get.

I had a r5 2600 in the past. The stock cooler ain't that bad. I'll recommend you to repaste the CPU.
