Posted January 21, 2020 A few months ago the Windows Movie and TV application on my Dell XPS 9570 started to glitch out whenever I would open a video file with it. Recently I got tired of the issue and reinstalled windows 10 but the application still glitches even after a fresh install of windows. Posted January 25, 2020 Author I think I have fixed the problem. For anyone else that is experiencing this issue all I did was go into settings - apps - Movies and TV - advanced options and I turned off Background apps Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
