Help with weird thunderbolt header

Found this Asus pcie card in my box of random stuff, and thought it would be nice to have thunderbolt in my pc, but I've never seen the 'tb header' plug, which goes from a standard internal usb to the other one on the picture. Don't know where to plug it in, or if I even can. I have an ASRock fatal1ty x99m killer 3.1

This might be the correct header:

Looks the same as what ASUS has on certain boards:

So might work. But since that's an ASUS card and AsRock board, I am not sure.
