Not all TV's are created equal.

Without specific reviews of the specific model u have we cant give any 'general' settings advise.

Each TV, regardless if it is the exact same model, will require slightly different settings to calibrate.

In regards to response time (pixel response) TVs dont usually have setting to increase pixel response speed (decrease response time), unlike monitors. Some TVs have BFI, but not many. So your unlikely going to be able to affect response time.

That said its not unusual for people to confuse 'response time' with 'input lag', so if u instead mean 'input lag' then... Modern TVs usually have a game mode, and thats all that u can really use to reduce input lag.

For anything else, such as color, you will need to get it professional calibrated for use as a TV, or buy a general calibrator yourself for use with a PC via a Windows ICC profile. A basic calibrator can also be used to do a manual 'assisted' calibration using a program like HCFR which will take some time. How accurate that can be depends on how much color control your TV has, the more 'points' of color balance the TV allows the better.
