How the HELL does one contact Google?

ScreamSlasher5X

Alright I have something serious that I really need help with. For years I have had problems with my email. Getting other peoples emails and people messing with my stuff. I have too much at stake with the email that I cannot just swap everything over. My email is Gmail. My issue is Google DOESN'T allow you to contact them. How in the F am I suppose to sort this issue?

I’ve Had the same problem as well for a long time.  I’ve been meaning to dump Gmail for years.  I’ve tried to contact them and gave up.  I’ve resigned myself to having to swap email addresses and providers. It’s a huge PITA ive been avoiding.

Recently it’s become a major concern as critical emails are going into a file I can’t access except through search, and I only get the top hits for search so my search has to be very accurate to even know they are there.

My gmail addresses are very old.  I was an early adopter.  “Back when ‘don’t be evil’ was the company slogan.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Life is like a bowl of chocolates: there are all these little crinkly paper cups everywhere.

You have to sue them.  Or post a story on Hackernews and get it to be trending.

Just type anything into anything anywhere. They're tracking everything you do, everyone you do, and everywhere you do.

You'll have to go here https://support.google.com/mail/community?hl=en

Which likely won't do too much good. But good luck.

@TempestCatto You're right it isn't any good. Not because the link you shared isn't any good but the support is fucking terrible. I admittedly used it over a year ago, twice, and got little to no help. From what I could see no Google employee actually even uses that place and it's run by community members which either off nothing or very little. I basically got told what I already knew and that there wasn't really a whole lot I could do. I get Google has over a billion people using their services but it's a scandal that they have nothing outside shitty useless automated customer support.
