Nah, you can run like *10 case fans off a single header with no issues.

 

*Probably an exaggeration but 2 will 100% be fine.

Basically my case came with 2 fans , motherboard only had one fan header. Will using a fan splitter and plugging in two fans to that motherboard fry it or anything?
