gpu usage fluctuate ?

I noticed when im playing moder warfare my gpu usage fluctuate from 70% to 98% is that even normal? i have the i9 9900k and 64 gb vegeance pro and 2080 ti.

It’s normal, it all depends what need to rendered etc.

I’d have to watch mine as I’ve never looked for this game specifically but I normally never have any dips ever. 
except when going to lobby and into the match. But that’s to be expected. 
 

But during the match it will never leave the 90’s. But not much you can do about that if there’s hardware or software limitations.

Never mind im stupid af sorry. When i uncapped my fps my gpu usage never dipped under 97% but because im capping my fps its different story
