Shopee isn't that bad for buying PC parts but there are definitely scams. I would watch out for those, shopee is a little like taobao or alibaba where anyone can sell anything

That's way too cheap, can't see it being real IMO. 150rm works out to approx £28 is all for 16GB 3200 RAM, that's less than 38% of what we pay in the UK. https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/products/memory/#s=403200&m=23&sort=price&Z=16384001,16384002
