Do i need to install gpu tweak?

No it is definitely not required, msi afterburner is good to use. 

   @Whiro tag or quote will do the trick

In order to gpu work perfectly what you need is drivers that’s it. Rest of software is mostly to monitor the temp and other stuff plus for overclocking

Well, there was no reason to do that. They'll spin up anyway if the card has enough load on it to heat up. 

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.
