HTC Vive wireless multi-use environment question.

Hello everyone. I am an instructor and we are setting up a multi-user vr classroom with 16 htc vives. I was wanting to add wireless to them. My question is has anyone seen anyone set that up with more than four people in one room with no dividers. I had an idea to make two circles of 8. The three channels offset from each other. I think it would work but it is too much money to invest without being sure. The biggest concern I think is the rf signals bouncing off of the walls and interfering with their like channels.

Any help at all would be appreciated!

The biggest problem with that would be having enough horsepower to run it in the first place. To split 60 GHz band on 16 channels ain't that hard. A safer bet would be something standalone like Oculus Quest or Gear VR with current gen Galaxies S/Note series.
