Dearest Linus Tech Tips master race.

 

Let me start by saying I am completely new to these forums and do not have any experience in posting to online forums. So if I have inadvertently posted this question to the wrong area or this question has already been asked before please let me know where to post to or where to look.

 

Ok here we go. I'm looking for a solution to a an age old question, How to controll 2 separate PC's on the same network simultaneously. I'm not looking for a mouse over solution but rather being able to run 2 separate computer with one mouse and keyboard. As in when I move the mouse I want the cursor to move on both computers at the same time and for the keyboard as well. Say I press F1 on computer 1 I want computer 2 to do the same. Simultaneously.

 

I'm going to be using this for the sole purpose of Multi-boxing in mmo's ie: WoW Classic and BFA.

 

Any help of suggestions in this regard would be greatly appreciated.

I never heard of someone needing to relay same inputs to two computers at once, there are devices called KVM switches but as the name suggest they just switch your input and outputs between computers. However I found this, see if this helps.

Never used it but there's something called Microsoft Garage Mouse without Borders that has the ability to telegraph mouse/keyboard inputs across multiple PCs at once. It has a few limitations and further reading about this application can be found here.
