Which software is used for this Final Design to show Clients???

while showing to Customers final Design 

how can we create like this attached design.  

which software is used. ( dont tell me its photoshop or coreldraw)

you could achieve something like that with photoshop or equivalent software or some 3D based software like Blender or whatever you desire in the 3D space

I would assume they use a vector program to design the logo's and business card (e.g. Inkscape or Illustrator) and then place this either in a 3D program (like Blender) with a custom made 'scene' and then just render it out.
