Need help buying moniter

Hi. I am back again asking questions that may be relevent to me. I have been recently looking at moniters and when ever I find a moniter I like it is very hard to find another source to confirm the information about the moniter and it is also hard to find more deatiled information like ghosting or acutal response time. So all of these means that resarching moniters have been hard.  So I would like people to reccomand moniters for me. My budget is 200$. The features I want is prefrebly a ips panel as long as it has good color accuraccy and good viewing angles. Also i want a low response time of under 5ms with no nesarccy changes to color. Also I want little to no ghosting (I will not buy the moniter if it has preverlent ghosting) I don't really care about build quality. And the refresh rate is 120hz or above, Thanks for help

any size or aspect ratio requirements?

My deal breakers are ghosting and response time.  And what I would like to have is good colors and good viewing angles. So I don't really care about the pannel I just care if it meets my requirments. And just because it is a tn pannel does not mean it can't have meet my requirments. All th panels can be made diffrerently thus haveing difrerent features on it.

Yeah I have a bad history with no name companies.

 

 

But that is a little over budget.

Do you think it will ever be back in stock. Or should i just buy a diffrenent moniter
