Why does Linus always turn motion blur off when testing games and say it's bad?

Most people don't like motion blur. In my opinion it's a terrible feature that should be disabled by default. And those who like it should be the ones that have to turn it on, as the majority of players hate motion blur in games.

Because it is bad.

But that is just his opinion, which I share. Motion blur is just like "okay, the fps is not high enough, let's blur everything so it's not as noticeable.. Because real life also has motion blur!"
