Micro stuttering in every game.

Ok so first of all excuse my English, not my first language, gonna try to do my best explaining my problem.

 

So in absolutely every game i play i have those weird lag, small stuttering for 0.5ms, sometimes, very rarely my sound bug with the stutter.

You can see on that graph, every spike is a micro stutter. 

 

I have tried everything, Bios update, Driver update, Fresh windows 10 Install, Disable HPET, High performance in Nvidia control panel and a lot of other things. 

 

I have a Gtx 1070 with a i7 6700k, 16gb of ram.

what monitor do you have? is it a G-sync monitor.

are you using ingame v-sync?

144hz Gsync monitor.

I do not use Vsync in game, Already tried it, and it didn't fix the problem.

and you're using G-sync right?

try downloading latencymon and see what's causing spikes, myb you can fix it, i couldn't..

have you checked for any background apps like CCleaner that might be using system resources.

I'am on a fresh windows 10 Installation, Nothing is running on the background except the game

seems like nvidia drivers aren't updated/working as intented.

check if you just downloaded the driver but didn't actually complete the install.

I did everything right, Unistall with DDU, and install the latest Nvidia driver

yes it seems like the nvidia driver is acting slowly. maybe do a roll back one update and see if it does any good?

yeah seems like it, i've been trying to fix it last 3 weeks, even my gpu died, and its stuttering still on the integrated one
