Looking for a decent build for $1500 US

I have around $1500 US to spend on a gaming rig. I already have a case (took a chance on the half priced ibuypower snowblind). Trying to go 2070 super. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm also trying to stay with a black and white theme as you do with a snowblind.

Do you need peripherals? (monitor, keyboard mouse, etc) and what games do you play?

Edit: Also do you need Wifi?

I'm looking to upgrade my monitor but I'm not including that in the price. I Have other peripherals. I play a little bit of everything, mainly fps and rpgs. Wifi would be a plus, but I can move my router.

I was hoping someone would try to shove one in there. Hopefully my tax return is a little more and I can pick up the 3700x.
