You can plug another monitor into the RX 580 too. But otherwise an Nvidia card with the new NVENC encoder could be good, just depends on what you are looking to spend and what you are gaming at

That's retarded. just plug the second monitor in the rx 580. A second GPU will do nothing susbtantial to your streaming ability.

CPU: Ryzen 5500 GPU: RX 6800 RAM: DDR4 3200MHZ 48GB (2x8+2x16 GB)  MOBO: MSI B450-A PRO Display: 4k120hz with freesync premium.

I wanna use my RX 580 only for gaming and get other GPU for stream and second monitor because when I stream on the RX 580 my fps is going down 10-30fps drop

you will still be streaming on your CPU and you fps will still go down the same. Streaming is mainly done by the CPU, if it was accelerated by an encoder, it wouldn't cause such a drop if your GPU had such dedicated hardware.  I would upgrade the cpu.

Look at CPU usage when and not streaming to confirm my hypothesis.

Yeah but if I use the GPU encoder would not be that much drop or Im wrong?

The GPU encoder is a separate piece of hardware, it will not reduce gaming performance.

Also make sure you quote people so we see your responses.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

The hardware encoder on video cards is separate to the part which renders the game.

A second monitor should not cause any performance loss.

You can use AMF encoder in OBS to stream.

If you want, sure, you could use any video card with hardware encoder, which would be something better than a GT 1030. The GT 1030 doesn't have hardware encoder.

You'd probably want to go with a GT 1050 or a GT1650 as it's cheap and good enough.

It may be a separate piece, but it does reduce gaming performance. I tried AMF via OBS and just simply ReLive on the RX 580 (my previous videocard) and gaming performance was suddenly much lower.

It's probably best to just sell your GPU and invest in a new GPU for gaming+encoding. Something with the new Turing encoder too, instead of the older Volta/Pascal encoders.

If memory serves me right, that means the GTX 1660 and better. That card is not much better than your GPU in terms of gaming though, only about 10%.

The RTX 2060 (Super) or better would probably the most worthwhile options.

Or you could look into CPU encoding. What are your full system specs?
