Edgerouter X enough for 750 down/17 up connection?

MoistToast

Recently I have gotten rid of my modem rental at Xfinity and I was looking for a good “router” (basically a all in one combo of router, switch, and AP). I’ve settled with a CM1150v for my modem and I originally bought an R7000 for the 1500 sq ft house. Turns out from reading the internet, the r7000 is not a good buy for reliability and now I’ve bought an edgerouter X and a Unifi AP AC Lite.

My current connection is 750 down with 17 up. I was wondering if the equipment I bought is enough for the household. At peak, there are four devices streaming at least 1080p, sometimes 4K.

Can someone direct me on how to set this all up as I am a complete newbie on networking but fairly savvy enough to read an online guide.

I plan on putting the AP on the floor of the 2nd store in the center of the house. If I need to purchase or return, what should I get?
