Hello.
So, in the end of 2019 i have finish this computer build. X570 Master with a 3950x and Noctuas Air Fans and Cooling.
I wonder if some one could give me better advise about how to properly and correctly connect all cpu cooler fans headers.
I am doubt about the real difference between System Fan headers and System Fan Pump header. In the motherboard manual they are represent as the same headers. All 4 pin numbers have the same output definitions.
OH! i have installed the two temperature sensors and the noise sensor but i still have doubts about were to localized them inside this case
Can any one give me a little help here.

Above there is 2 pictures.

As far as the fans, it doesn't really matter what header you use so generally speaking I use the CPU fan to hook up my cooler and then use whatever header is convenient for my other fans.  I haven't ever worried about installing other temp sensors so no idea what is the best layout for that.

What's your goal for the sensors?

And have you considered a hub/splitter?  Very handy for fans of the same type that you intend to run at the same speed.

Thanks for all your reply.
Well i have tried the "Y" splitter that comes inside Noctua fans mostly for CPU cooler on the same CPU_FAN header.
But some one on "google search" as argue that if "you have many fan headers just fill it separately... because if the one which are connected by a "Y" splitter fails the second fans fails to... So its better to have them separately".
I have all fans working great but its hard to have them on the same exactly rotation.

The sensors... they come inside the x570 box so i connect them. I do not know what they do exactly but its there. The same is for the micro noise sensor. I do not know what it does but i connect it any way. I thought that could be helpfull for keep the fans on a regular rpm rotation but i do not know.
I found Gigabyte Bios and APP center a bit slowish and confusing. The options from APP Center are not perfectly exact. But they do the job.

Other thing i noticed... I have connected the NVMe SSD on the M2A_Socket (first one). It is positioned behind the GPU and near the CPU cooler. Despite i have two big 140mm fans blowing air in that direction HWInfo reports 40º/43º Celcius on idle. Does i will get better temps if i connect it on M2B_Socket (second one) to get more fresh air?

Question: Does this fans position/configuration is the better options i can get? Any thoughts?

cheers
