This is my in progress build for my white scout build. This build will be primarily used for gaming, photo editing, light video editing, game streaming, music, and internet browsing. The point of this build is to have white and black and theme.

Some of the parts I know wouldn't look like they would match but after I'm done, it will hopefully look awesome. 2 of the SP120 fans will be put on the Enermax ETS-T40-BK to be cooling the 4670k. I need suggestions for a good fan controller that can control up to 6 3-pin fans? Let me know what you guys think and can suggest for fan controllers. I will post pictures up once I get parts in and in progress pictures of the build.

Ive decided to go with the corsair link cooling and lighting unit for my fan control and lighting for build instead of using the bitfenix led light strips. Does anyone have any experience with these, the corsair link anyway?

Its actually not that loud, a friend of mine has one and he has the same case as me, he will typically keep the fan speed around 50% and I couldnt hear it over the sound of the fans in his computer.

Ordered the following parts yesterday:

Core i5 4670k

Asus z87 Sabertooth mb

Enermax ETS-T40-BK

Kingston Black X Beast Memory 8GB kit (was on sale for a steal)

Corsair RM 750 psu

Corsair Individually Sleeved Cable Kit with 24pin cable (Metallic Graphite)

Hopefully will get all the parts together by next week and can began building the new rig

So finally received the majority of ny parts today, still waiting on the individually sleeved cable set from corsair. Will post pics soon once I get all the parts

Have made a few alterations to what I was going to get, had some goods deal on the 8gb of kingston beast x ram, and then also got a WD green 2tb hd. I also changed which psu I went with cause it was sale Which is the corsair rm 750 watt modular psu

She's definitely a keeper.

 

Beautiful card, though. I always loved the blower style Nvidia cards has. That's basically won me over when I considered an R9 290, haha!

Love it and all, BUT PLEASE PAINT THOSE FAN RINGS WHITE PLEASEPLEASE. They really don't go together with the rest of the build.

Yeah I was thinking that too, luckily the sp120 come with replaceable white and blue rings so I can change it really easy
