HELP TROUBLE SHOOTING RANDOM RESTARTS PLEASE!!

Gezus_Tek
So my current build is as listed
Motherboard: Msi b450 tomahawk max (most current bios)
CPU: ryzen 5 3600 (no overclock)
GPU: XFX radeon rx 5700xt raw II
RAM: 16gb Corsair vengeance lpx 3200MHz
PSU: Corsair 750 + 80 bronze
I think the core parts are enough. My computer has be doing these weird reboots where im not losing power to the computer the system will shut down and im up and running in about 25 sec. It only does this when im in a game. Currently playing Ghost recon break point and apex legends and it happens on both. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling both gpu and motherboard drivers several times. Checked the ram in all 4 slots single channel config and dual channel config. Nothing seem to work. The weirdest part is sometimes like just last week i could play games and stream while listening to music and record with no issues for hours on hours. I dont know if i have a bad gpu of psu or a bad board but i dont want to start ripping this out a replacing things if i dont have to. Everything is set to stock config no overclocking of any kind. And yes i have tried different wall outlets and different room to rule out a faulty wall socket. Temps are fine cpu and gpu do not exceed 75c Please help!!!

Edit: checked for dump files and nothing. no error message of any short honestly showed this issue to a coworker who also builds PCs and he thought it was fixed with a bios update and driver reinstall and the system ran fine for a weekish then started doing that same random restart while gaming.

Most often it's a heat related issue. Your CPU and GPU temps are good but what about your PSU? Is the fan spinning when under load?

Looking at reviews of the PSU a lot of people get this issue with this PSU. Is it still under warranty? I recommend returning it under faulty and getting your money back. Always go for gold is a good rule I always go by and I recommend switching to a 80+ gold

I fix computers for a government that is garbage. I'm also a certified security professional according to Comptia

Using my paycheck on computer parts and alcohol and since this is a tech form I'll help with computer stuff I guess

is there anyway for me to check the temps on the psu?? i can monitor just about anything else but i didnt know i could see psu temps. And if the psu is overheating wouldnt it take more than 20ish sec for the system to reboot???

There's not a way you can monitor PSU temps unless you got external probes. I just recommend looking for the fan spinning and feeling it when you try to game. Open it up and try to run some games and see if you hear anything odd. Like I said the reviews of your PSU are not so great and a lot of other people have this issue with that PSU so I believe that's your issue

It looks like a good PSU. Only bad reviews I can see on it is fan spin modes (you should just leave it at default anyways) and the other bad review I saw was dead on arrival but they most likely returned it and got a working one so it looks like a good choice for only 20 usd more. Also allows more connections so you have room to upgrade in the future so yeah I'd go with that one!
