Waiting game

Hi guys and girls,

 

My question is:

 

My pc specs are Intel 8700K/ 1070TI/970 evo /mx500/ 16gb 3200/watercooling and same fans. Shall i wait for a cpu and gpu and furthermore shall i stay with Intel or go to red team? I buy it always in a bad timing. Reason why i ask is, my specs are ok for now with a 1080p monitor but when i have a monitor with 1440p 240hz and with ultra or high i will get difficult time to reach 100+ fraps.

okay so... you should also tell us when you are buying a new monitor since your specs are okay with your current monitor?

are you buying the monitor soon? do you have it already?

You shouldnt need a better CPU for quite some time. 8700k Is MORE then adequate for gaming. Its barely behind the 9900k. And you shouldnt be struggling to get 100 FPS at 1440p, i dont struggle at all and before i upgraded i was using a worse CPU  Max settings/Epics settings are trash dont use them
