hi i need help building a gaming PC but only have like 165$ what are my best options?

i have a chromebook which my mom bought for me for school

Solitaire is a game too. And River Raid. So basically "gaming computer" is any computer.

But seriously - second hand is your only option.

What games do you want to play and what do you have to output onto? Need details of the TV.

 

To buy a PC, monitor, peripherals for that little and get games to play on it too is a stretch to say the least.
 

You might be better off with a second hand console and games.
