Dual Fan vs Single Fan graphic cards. Which is better?

I am purchasing a GTX 1660 Super and I can pick between a single fan card or a dual fan card?

What are the Pros and Cons of each ones? Also does a single fan card produce more noise?
Thank you for your answers in advanced.

The more fans the better. More air flow. But another factor is the heatsink. If they both has the same heatsink go for the duel fans.

Also having more fans also increase noise output significantly, so if OP has silence in mind less fans is better.

Not necessarily, two fans can run lower rpms keeping same temps as one fan.

I disagree, if the heat output is the same and the heatsink is the same, dual fan should spin less than single fan to maintain the same temperature.

The higher noise output gets offset by the better temperatures, so the fans can run in lower RPM and noise level while getting similar temperatures, and there's also the thing that a dual fan card heatsink is most likely going to be bigger so it's going to require even less airflow to achieve similar temperatures, making it even quieter when looking at performance at the same temperature.
