Since there's no power my first thought would be a faulty psu, but you should check the other parts as well. If you have another computer, even just an old system, try powering that system with this psu to check. Also try turning the system on without the graphics card installed, it wont boot but if the power comes on that would indicate a problem with the graphics card (I had this problem years ago). You didn't post the speed of your ram and I don't know if RAM could even be the problem, but maybe try with only one stick installed?

Good Luck!

Make sure all the power cables from the psu go in the right place. Just double check them. Ram should be in slots 2 and 4 if there are 4 slots. Try one stick of ram at a time and see if it posts. Make sure monitor is plugged in the gpu, not in the motherboard.

The first thing that came to my mind is "the board might not be updated for Ryzen 3000". Does it have a sticker on the board for that?

Either way, that shouldn't case a no boot issue.

Are you sure the front panel power button cables are plugged in correctly?

It’s doesnt have a sticker but I read that 3rd gen ryzen can be used on a 2nd gen compatible mobo

All cables are correct, and are all in tight. Still doesn’t turn on if hdmi is in gpu, no fans turn on still

3rd gen does work on B450, but it requires a compatible BIOS. If the motherboard box didn't have a "Ryzen 3000 ready" sticker on it, it likely doesn't have the correct BIOS.

You will need to update the BIOS with a compatible CPU, since I don't see a BIOS Flashback feature mentioned on their product page. Although even if the motherboard wasn't compatible, it should still start up with a CPU error.
