That's a USB-C connector. it connects to the USB-C port on the front of your case. If your motherboard supports USB-C it should connect to the USB-C port on your motherboard, typically near the SATA III and 24pin connector.

If your motherboard doesn't have it then you can't plug it in.

USB 3.2 Gen 2/USB 3.1 Gen 2 front panel connector, typically for the USB Type C ports on a case.

Your motherboard may or may not have the appropriate connector on the board for it. Go to the product specification page of the board and search for that spec (either 3.2 Gen 2 or 3.1 Gen 2) on that page.

 

If it has that connector, it probably is just left of the 24-pin ATX connector.
