I'd be VERY wary of buying a random PSU off eBay.    Plenty of house fires happen that way.

I'd honestly get in touch with the manufacturer if you can.

Router:  Intel N100 (pfSense) WiFi6: Zyxel NWA210AX (1.7Gbit peak at 160Mhz)
WiFi5: Ubiquiti NanoHD OpenWRT (~500Mbit at 80Mhz) Switches: Netgear MS510TXUP, MS510TXPP, GS110EMX
ISPs: Zen Full Fibre 900 (~930Mbit down, 115Mbit up) + Three 5G (~800Mbit down, 115Mbit up)

15 watts/8.4V = 1.78A of current to drive that light, so a 1000mAh power supply will not have sufficient supply.

That being said, I will echo what @Alex Atkin UK said above, and contact the manufacturer for their recommendation.

That's 15W when in use though, it could very well take twice as long to charge than it runs for.  Although more likely I'd suspect it has a fast charge so needs considerably more than 15W to charge.

I would be careful of random chargers off ebay even they are compatible...try getting in touch with the manufacture of the light first as others have said
