Needed suggestion for a desk.

My budget is of around 5000 INR or 70 $.

Looking to get a desk for my PC that I will be building.

My monitor is going to be 22" probably.

I live in India so main problem is that Ikea desks are too expensive.

I don't know what you can buy where you live, so I can't make any personalized recommendations.

Just look at the used desk market for any reasonable priced options.
