Screen freezes with weird pixels

shouldiluvu

Hi everyone, my PC sometimes gives me the problems attached in the picture. Sometimes it doesn’t happen, sometimes it happens frequently. I’m not sure what causes it and what I can do to fix it. Can someone help?

Do you have any other GPU you can use to see if the issue still happens?

Sadly I don’t. But maybe I could try to borrow one??

If I managed to borrow one, and this still happens, what is the problem and how to solve it??

And if it doesn’t happen, then what is the problem and how to solve it??

If it keeps happening, it's likely ram. If it stops it's likely your GPU.

however, this type of artifacting is usually because of defective video memory.

“Defective video memory”, does that mean it’s most likely to be my GPU??

If it is defective video memory, then yes.
