When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!

Hmmm, that doesnt sound like the best advise. (im being very nice here)
Just like @Constantin said. Slot 1 and 3 for dual channel. And yes mostly slot 4 is closest to CPU.

Eh, like post screen or Windows loading screen ? Do you have any other GPU to test it ? Your PSU are garbage, quite possibly it just can't power this GPU.

What was your old GPU? If that was AMD and this is Nvidia you might want to put old one in, install Nvidia drivers then change again...

It doesn't change the fact that it's garbage.

So you're getting to the login screen ? Did you install anything recently ? Try to boot into safe mode and uninstall GPU drivers.

Im guessing you can count.
Look how many memory slots you motherboard has.
Then look for the closest to the CPU.
Then count from that closest one to outside, it should be 4.. 3.. 2.. 1..
Start populating the 1 slot, skip the 2 slot, and put another module in the number 3 slot.
Leave the closest slot (4) to the CPU open.

Actually I think on most boards it's A2 B2 first.

And no one thinks that monitor is weird (sounding)?

Never heard of it,  is this a known good quality brand or..  Ali express?

So i had 750ti but then i sold it to buy 970 because i wanted better graphics card but it wasnt compatible with my old cpu and motherboard but it was still working but not fully i wasnt getting good frames. and now i bought asrock b450 pro f motherboard and Ryzen 3 1200 cpu so my 970 woulde be compatible and finally would give me good playable frames.
