Never heard of it,  is this a known good quality brand or..  Ali express?   

 

 

Ive seen them before, havent heard bad things. I think in line with AOC and brands like that. A bit cheaper but still very much OK enough.
Probably a Europe thing.

(I also almost never look at those numbers, i just start with furthest slot).

Well lets not do anything but use it then.
Maybe because you unplugged and plugged back in. That sometimes will do the trick.
