Normal Temps for AIO Cooling?

Just wanted to know if theses are normal IDLE temps for an i7 3770 with AIO Cooling?

Its fine, maximum temperature under load is whats important.

The temps under load was max 69

Looks kinda high, they're much higher than my 2600x for example. But they're nothing worrying, just high, but we don't know the ambient temp of the room or anything, so it's hard to tell.

Mind you that there is a 7 year old thermal paste on top of that core die.

I live in South Africa and its currently very hot.. Room ambient temps are hot around 32

CPU and GPU was repasted about 2 weeks ago..

We don't know that though, could be fresh. If the thermal paste is that old, then it should be replaced IMO.

Assuming OP did not mention delidding the CPU, its pretty safe to assume that thermal paste between IHS and core die is intels tooth paste.

True. But now that we now ambient temps are around 32C, then temps are fine with it anyway.
