Probably some backlight issues there. If you apply some pressure (just a tiny bit of pressure) to that area, does it look different?
Anyways, I would just get a replacement from where you bought it.

Yes! it does go away a little when pressure is applied. so im guessing it is backlight issue?

I forgot what part is the issue in that case.. It's not the polarizing filter.. I dunno. 

Anyways, it's an issue with the backlight not properly being able to go through the screen. Simple illustration of what the pressure to the screen is probably doing:

That is just my theory, but it looks like something like this is the case.

Could be a backlight issue (backlight not strong enough) or something else not lining up properly.
