1. Well I suppose you could get another motherboard, but that's an annoying replacement to do.

2. why is it bad?

3. Seagate compute's are ~50 for 2TB

For a ridiculously expensive motherboard, it shouldn't make noise.  Not sure why you bought it tho, maybe return it and get a much cheaper one to fund the storage?

You need more than 32GB of RAM?  Buy another 32GB I would recommend then.

Oddly overkill PSU as well.  Were you planning on going SLI?

You can return it or get a replacement depending on where you got it from, maybe get one that is more quite. All X570 motherboards have the fan except for the $600 plus Aorus Xtreme and the $1000 Asrock Aqua, maybe one more but they are all out of your price range. The one you have is a fantastic board if the chipset fan is loud get a replacement.

What resolution and software do you render/edit with, 32GB should be fine for most.

You should be able to change the chipset fan settings in the bios to 'Silent' 'Balanced' or 'Performance'. Not sure which bios version you need so you might need the latest one if you don't have the option in your bios.

I believe I have that I’ll check that out thanks.
