Win10 64-bit boot failure (Error Code: 0x0000225)

Please help. 

 

Have a supermicro x7dbe

 

Installed win 10 on SSD on another pc as I'm having issues getting the x7dbe motherboard to boot from usb

 

When I plug in my SSD it states this error but not on my other pc. 

 

I cant do windows repair as it won't boot from usb on the x7dbe. 

 

Any help? This has been a big headache

It will not boot from usb for some reason. (Which has the windows install on) so I cant perform those checks

What if you enable legacy boot in bios? (CSM)
