am trying to update  my bios, i have  downloaded the  latest .rom file and have it saved on desktop. i have located it in the ez flash but when i select the file it says "no  update  module is found in the  file", ive tried a usb stick and it doesnt work. have tried formatting it in fat, fat32 and ntfs still doesnt recognise it in the ez flash thing/ any tips would be appreciated :)

Don't know then. Try flashing to NTFS and put file in again. Rember to unzip file (if zipped)
